O díle
Tied up Arabian horse (after Carle Vernet) is a print from 1828 by the French engraver Jean-Pierre-Marie Jazet, made after a painting by Carle Vernet. The subject belongs to the category of plants and animals, and the format is landscape.
Jazet worked as a reproductive engraver and built his reputation on transferring other artists' paintings to copper plate, among others after Horace Vernet and scenes from the life of Napoleon I. From 1817 he exhibited at the Paris Salon.
The landscape composition looks best on a wall in a calm room, for example above a sofa or a chest of drawers in the hallway. Choose the size 50×50 or 70×70 centimetres. A black or dark wood frame holds the landscape format together, while an oak frame gives a lighter framing. The picture is delivered with the frame in the same package and is assembled by you, and the poster is also available without a frame.
